Overview
This is an MBA for the SME. It is a strategy book for the small business owner - but will avoid using the term strategy as most SMEs are scared off by word! The book will be written in the style of an entrepreneurial bootcamp. It will include a series of exercises to wake up the small business owner and enable them to explore what their business really is and where its going. It will take the everyday busy entrepreneur back to basics and look at their values and vision, and then show them how to work through achieving this with a section on measuring success at the end of the book.
