Dr John Candlish is Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Malaysia Sarawak. He has a doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and a law degree from the University of London. He has lived and taught in Southeast Asia for more than 25 years.; Dr Chee-Hong Tan is Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. He obtained his first degree from the University of Singapore and his doctorate from the University of Toronto. Dr Tan has extensive experience in teaching and research in biomedicine, and has numerous papers in international academic journals.
