Rae Kwon Chung is currently holding the position of Climate Change Ambassador of the Republic of Korea. He is the former Director for Environment and Sustainable Development Division, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). He also served as the Director-General for the International Economic Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Republic of Korea, as well as the Deputy Director-General for Environmental Cooperation and has been involved in Agenda 21 and Climate Change Convention, both in the capacity of negotiator. Prior to this, he was the Counselor for the Korean Mission to the United Nations in New York and to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. He received his MA in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, USA and a BA in economics from Sungkyunkwan University, Korea.; Professor Euston Quah is Albert Winsemius Chair Professor of Economics and Director, Economic Growth Centre at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also Editor of the Singapore Economic Review and President of the Economic Society of Singapore. Professor Quah has published widely in the fields of Cost-Benefit Analysis, Environmental Economics, and in Law and Economics. Contributing to more than a hundred publications inclusive of academic journals and lead opinion pieces in media, Professor Quah also served as external reviewer for some economics schools in various universities in Asia. Some of his works have been selected for inclusion by the International Library of Critical Writings in Economics in the UK, and also received favourable reviews in leading journals such as Economic Journal, Journal of Economic Literature and the Journal of Labour Economics. His textbook with E.J Mishan, now in its 6th edition (Routledge UK, 2020) is regarded as a classic text in this subject and used by many universities and governments. It was listed for reference by the US Office of Management and Budget and also by the US Department of Transportation.
