Liu Ruzhuo is the chief commissioner of Jing-Jin-Ji Resident Audit Office of National Audit Office of China (CNAO). He is also a senior auditor and a member of the CNAO informatization construction expert panel. At the same time, he is also adjunct professor of Nanjing Audit University and Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
