Wu Li is the deputy head of the Institute of Contemporary China Studies, researcher at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and deputy head of the China Economic History Society. He has written the following books: The Economic History of the People's Republic of China, A History of the Chinese Communist Party's Rural Policies: Solutions and Strategies, The Economic Development of the Chinese Communist Party and Modern China, and A Brief Economic History of the People's Republic of China (a key textbook for graduates of the Chinese Academy of Science). He is also the coauthor of the Research Report on China's Tenth Five-Year Plan.; Sui Fumin obtained a PhD in Economics from Peking University and is now an Assistant Researcher at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Her book publications include Innovation and Fusion: American New Economic History and its Impact on China, Economic History of the World (coauthor), and The Economic History of the People's Republic of China (co-editor).
