From early career researchers to established experts, our goal is to empower academic research, teaching, and learning by building connections and collaboration across the global scholarly community—in the humanities, social sciences, and beyond.
- Collaboration Opportunities
Our partnerships include:
Cultural exchange | Global academic enrichment
The Gale Digital Humanities Fellowships program provides support to emerging scholars from around the world in a digital humanities–related topic at the University of Oxford, using the Centre for Digital Scholarship at the Bodleian Libraries. The goal is to encourage scholarship in the digital humanities, enrich academic research, and facilitate cultural exchange.
Scholarly Society and Association Fellowships
Building academic community connections | Amplifying outcomes
Each year, Gale partners with scholarly societies and associations around the world to award fellowships. The goal is to help early career scholars develop greater expertise and insights in their fields, equip them with the skills to apply digital humanities methodologies, and offer opportunities to share their work.
Masters in Digital Scholarship at the University of Oxford
Learning from emerging research
Gale provides a bursary for this course, based in the Humanities Division at the University of Oxford with some of the teaching provided by the Bodleian Libraries. Our goal is to support teaching and learning—and for Gale to learn from the students and their emerging research interests.
